To whom it may concern: As a market participant of approximately 12 years, I feel that corruption in dark pool and ATS systems has progressively gotten worse over my investing career. I not only support the invocation of Rule 304 for AMC and GME, 2 of retail tradings favorite stocks but to invoke the rule for all retail trading done. We used to have $7-9 trades on platforms like Scottrade and E-Trade, when our orders went directly to the exchange. It is entirely unfair for retail to have their orders internalized and true price discovery be left in the dark. Sincerely -Omar McLemore
