To whom it may concern I am a UK retail investor who has a number of $AMC shares and other US stocks in my portfolio. Since investing in the US stock market I have become increasingly aware of the nefarious actions of market makers and hedge funds and how they abuse systems such as ATSs/dark pools as well as PFOF, naked shorting and hf trading to manipulate stock prices to their advantage. This and many other stock market trading anomalies have been identified and regularly brought to the attention by hundreds of retails investors to the likes of the SEC and DOJ yet nothing seems to happen to protect us. I have signed this petition in the hope that it might contribute to some sort of positive action by the SEC in its stand to protect investors against market corruption and manipulation. As an honest hard working citizen of my country I implore you to act now and support this proposal before it is too late. kind regards nicholas yarsley
