To Whom it May Concern, As a retail investor and small business owner, I would like to formally submit my support and request to invoke SEC Rule 304 (a)(4) to suspend dark pool use for 14 days. After much research and observation of the American stock market, it has become clear to me that something strange, and possibly nefarious in nature, is occurring. Temporarily suspending dark pool use would shed some transparency on the state of the current market. Please. For the retail traders who are struggling out here: suspend dark pool use. Rachel Eby
