Hello Vanessa and SEC Staff,

Words cannot truly encompass how concerned and disappointed I am to see how poorly the Markets function - and work implicitly against the people who they are supposed to support. I am writing to assure you that I support Petition 4-785 and truly believe that if retail investors can not get the SEC to support something this simple that has always been its power - we should work to sue the SEC along with Market Makers for the infraction and theft we witness daily via a number of manipulative malalignments - some of which are named explicitly in the petition itself. In particular, we are asking the SEC to suspend the dark pools used to trade behind the Owners of the two stocks named, and suppress our lit exchange pricing. As the petition states, if this is not where the manipulation comes from, then there would be absolutely no issue with you all suspending them as early as tomorrow. We should not hear any Market Maker retaliation or objection with this suspension of Dark Pool trading if it doesn't matter to pricing. I would like to further ask that this suspension be indefinite and longer than 14 days, meaning I do not want the SEC to tell the Market Makers how much longer than 14 days the suspension will last, as they have shown to be very crafty in playing with timelines and using alternative means to short the tickers (naked shorts, borrowing almost half the float daily, failure to deliver, spoofing the order book, algorithmic arbitrage, etc.)

I look forward to seeing what you do and I agree that ignoring this petition and continuing to ridicule and dissuade us from participating in the Market will not bode well for the SEC or all parties involved. We are voting citizens with families and we participate in the Market in many ways including consumers, business owners, employees with 401Ks and pensions, and military and fixed income workers... I caution you to be careful in how you proceed in your treatment of us moving forward and hope to forge more of a positive working relationship with your Offices in time.

With kindness,
