Dear Sirs,,

as a German private investor, I am shocked by the possibilities that the American stock exchange offers a certain elite to manipulate share prices. This includes PFOF, redirection of private share purchases into the dark pools (between 70 + 80% daily), and many more things that are fortunately prohibited in Europe.
A private investor has hardly any possibilities to build up an additional pension over the period of a few years, because almost all prices are manipulated by hedge funds and market makers.
Actually, it would be the SEC's job to put an end to these illegal mechanisms known to you in the sense of a fair market. But instead, videos are created in which private investors are portrayed as stupid lemmings.

PLEASE, dear SEC, do your job and at least prohibit private investors' buy orders from being channelled into the dark pools. This was never the idea behind dark pools, and should be banned immediately.

Please act in the interest of private investors.
Thank you very much.

Yours sincerely

Dirk Scheffe
