Petition 4-785 Rulemaking petition to invoke SEC Rule 304 (a)(4) Hello, my name is Scott Clarke. I am writing to ask Gary Gensler to take immediate action and support the SEC by implementing Rule 304 (a) (4) to remove GME and AMC from the ATS / dark pools. It is clear that these stocks have an overwhelming percentage of ATS trading (60-95%) which is preventing retail buyers from realizing the true supply vs demand impact on price. The ATS / Dark pool trading is benefiting hedge funds, market makers, prime brokers and banks. Retail is being robbed daily and as a retail investor I want this to stop. Scott C
