Good Morning, Invoking SEC Rule 304 (a)(4) for the 2 specific tickers AMC and GME is needed to be done in order to ensure a free and fair market. The SECs credibility will continue to be questioned the longer it waits to provide any proof it is actually trying to protect retail traders by allowing the excessive amount of trades happen outside of lit exchanges in conjunction with PFOF with no transparency.
