To whom it may concern, It is extremely difficult to watch 90 percent of all retail trades not make it to the LIT exchanges. As a retail investor, i've lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in the last couple of months for apparently no reason. AMC is a company who endured the hardship of a pandemic and is showing strong growth however this stock is constantly getting illegally shorted down despite good PR after good PR. We retail, are urging the SEC to bring all trades of these heavily manipulated stocks into the light. We understand that the technology some of these firms are using are light years ahead therefore a good starting point would be to ban the dark pool abuse.
