Dear SEC,

I support the petition to invoke SEC Rule 304 (a)(4) to remove GME, aka GameStop Corp, and AMC, aka AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. from trading across all ATS dark pools for at least 14 days minimum. I believe invoking this will allow a fair and honest trading of the stock on the market for both companies. As to this data, I am under the educated impression that both are being manipulated and suppressed by algorithms for high frequency trading by the market makers and various hedge funds. A key mechanism used for parking sells/buys is the off exchange markets, aka the ATS dark pools. While dark pools have a valid purpose, it is rare they are used for the original intended purpose, and suspending the trading of these 2 stocks for the 14 day timeframe would help bring this to light.

Sincerely,
Jason Brandolini
