I am emailing in support of the request Petition 4-785. I also feel that ATS have been abused and should be entirely restructured, but the most egregious examples need relief immediately. Tactics used by systems with large amounts of resources cannot be countered by individual investors and needs the SEC to correct this bias in the system. First by reversing the immediate harm and second by addressing core issue (fix and fine and expel). Thanks for your consideration. HutcH
