Hello. I am a CPA who formerly worked for Deloitte in Audit and I also worked in Corporate Reporting for a Fortune 500 company. I request the SEC invoke this rule. It is my opinion that for AMC and GME stocks that the avoidance of the dark pool for all trades tied to these stocks would likely show that there has been a material level of market price manipulation and that the stock price would have an opportunity to rise to its natural level without the dark pool being used to intentionally and inappropriately deflate the price of the stock.
