Update to my previous comment, Dave Lauer is technically right. Throwing out the petition because of saying pools instead of market is also wrong however. You as the professional in the matter, should know what they mean to say after digging deeper. Pretending otherwise is disingenuous. 90% internalization is not okay, even 50% is outrageous. Do your job, "protect retail" and free our market. You work for us, not the internalizers alone. Off exchange facilities need stopped. Dave Lauer's Twitter Response
