Due to on going corruption by the hedge funds, remove stock ticker AMC & GME in dark pools. Also banned PFOF Payment for order flow. PFOF was endorsed by Bernie Madoff, a market maker who pioneered computer-driven order fulfillment. In a 2000 interview, he described it as a way for market makers to outsource the task of finding orders to fulfill. Bernard Lawrence Madoff was an American fraudster and financier who ran the largest Ponzi scheme in history, worth about $64.8 billion. He was at one time chairman of the NASDAQ stock exchange.
