Subject: Petition 4-785 Rulemaking petition to invoke SEC Rule 304 (a)(4)

To Whom it May Concern,

My name is Daniel Richardson. I currently live in Jacksonville, FL. I have been an investor in the US Stock Market since March of 2020. I am writing to voice my support to the SEC of implementing Rule 304 (a) (4) to remove GME and AMC from the dark pools.

Both GME and AMC have overwhelming retail ownership, between 25-90%. When dark pools are filled with retail investors' orders, this prevents retail buyers from having effects on price discovery in the lit exchange. It benefits hedge funds, market makers, prime brokers and banks. Retail is being robbed daily and as a retail investor myself, I want this to stop.

In the unexpected case that limiting dark pool utilization to strictly institutions' use doesn't affect price discovery, I would be glad for your consideration in the matter anyway. I would appreciate your consideration and implementation of this ruling.

Thank you, and have a great week.
