Dear Securities and Exchange Commission, I strongly support this petition. Without trades being executed on a “lit” market there is no possible way to have real price discovery and manipulation is not only possible but certainly happen in the case of these stocks. If there is no manipulation then this rule will prove us wrong and we can all move on. Either way it’s educational and beneficial to retail investors. Thank you, Andrew Fellman
