Good Day I am writing today in support of the petition filed under subject line of this email, 4-785 Rulemaking petition to invoke SEC Rule 304 (a)(4) to remove GME and AMC across all ATS dark pools for at least 14 days. Submitted by: We Want Fair Markets The SEC should use their enforcement power to invoke existing rule 304 (a) (4) immediately to protect retail investors from predatory tactics being utilized by market makers.
