Hello! I'm writing you in regards to file number 4-785. As an owner of various stocks, I am concerned about the abuse of dark pools in stocks such as AMC and GameStop where for over a year the majority of trades have been in dark pools rather than legit exchanges on a daily basis. This is hurting both retail investors and our economy. Please suspend the use of dark pools as set forth in this petition. By doing so, you will be protecting the interests of retail investors as was originally intended when the SEC was founded. Thank you for your time. David Thornton
