Hello SEC! I just wish to express my support for the petition file no. 4-785. Along with many other retails investors I am concerned with the amount of trade being done outside of lit exchanges. If there is no “shady” activity going on, then surely the institutional traders wont have an issue with this temporary action outlined in 4-785. Thank you for your time. Sincerly, Bjørnar Hagen
