Dear SEC, I’d like to add my opinions on how the new proposed SEC rule that would remove certain stocks from the dark pools. I believe this is a fair and just decision. While this would only be temporary and for only a few stocks, I still believe it is the right thing to do. How is it fair that hedge funds get access to dark pools but individual investors don’t.
