Good morning I'm a retail investor from the UK who has money invested in several companies on the NYSE. I thought at first it was an open and fair opportunity to trade however I have found as have many others that it is not. For example many of the companies I invest in are traded between larger institutions using dark pools to cover their tracks which artificially drives the price down in most cases and in others manipulates the price to whatever they want it to be NOT what it should be. Please could you address this so everyone can trade fairly, openly and honestly Thank you Mr D L Sanderson
