Hello, my name is Michelle Wermuth from Florence Kentucky. I am writing to ask Gary Gensler to take immediate action and support the SEC by implementing Rule 304 (a) (4) to remove $GME and $AMC from the dark pools. Both of these stocks have overwhelming retail ownership, between 25-90%. Dark pools and ATS trading prevent retail buyers from having any to very little effect on price action. It benefits hedge funds, market makers, prime brokers and banks. Retail is being robbed daily and as a retail investor I want this to stop. The SEC proclaims it is there to support retail investors. Allowing market makers and hedge funds to shuttle our stock purchases through non lit markets is NOT in the retail investors best interests.
