I would like to add my support to this petition for the health of a free market and true price discovery. In addition I would request the restriction being set in place for the maximum duration allowed by the rule. Dark pool volume on these stocks often exceeds 50% of daily trading volume which can only be an abuse of the dark pool system. Thank you for your time and consideration of my comment.
