I 100% support this rule! It is obvious both AMC and GME are totally being manipulated and there is no real price discovery which is robbing retail and pension funds of millions on a daily basis. While they are not even close to being the only stocks being manipulated, they are obvious targets for rampant abuse. I have no idea why we even allow Dark Pools except to help the Hedge Funds and big banks. I know you claim it's to provide liquidity and to suppress price changes from high volume trades, but that doesn't even make sense. Large volume trades can be broken up to suppress drastic price changes. The Dark Pools have never been monitored and its abuse is rampant. Please help us create fair markets for ALL. It's time.
