To whom it may concern,


I would like SEC to start a free and fair market for everyone by invoking the SEC Rule 304 (a)(4) - a rule made by yourselves - and ban both dark pools and PFOF. Then you will see what a true free and fair market looks like for every ticker that's being suppressed by dark pool trading, resulting in an artificial low price. These tickers include but are not limited to GME and AMC.
