SEC Members and Staff Please pass proposed rule 4-784. I am appalled to hear of companies listed on the NYSE still doing business w/ Russia and helping to fund the war in Ukraine. It is galling to see the utter lack of morality of some CEOs who loathsomely defend their practices in the wholesome name of profit. Our goal should be to label Russia as a “Terrorist State”, given their behavior and the behavior of their soldiers while in Ukraine. The atrocities are sickening. Sincerely Christopher Sprangel
