Dear Sir or Madam: I urge your involvement with and oversight of the above action. Transparency of corporate is a benefit to investors and other stakeholders. Investors and the public deserve accountability of corporate financial promises. There should be integrity in the pledging process. Corporations have acknowledge their role in helping end racist practices in society and the economy by making BLM pledges. Ending these practices and truly changing our society will not come on empty promises. We have endured that kind of philanthropy too long. We need accountability and real action. Sincerely, Joan Smith
