Hello SEC! I am writing in support of timely and transparent disclosure of Black Lives Matter pledges by public companies. Currently, I understand there is little accountability or transparency for how these public companies disburse these pledged funds. These pledges were made publicly in good faith, and could do so much to improve underserved communities of color and our economy. Please use your governmental authority to require transparency into these corporate financial promises on behalf of investors and the public. These corporations have pledged to help reduce racism in our economy and only by transparent reporting on those pledges can we ensure integrity for these commitments. Many thanks, Peter Harper
