I believe mutual funds should offer investors options to vote their proxies true to their values. The hope here is to be inclusive, allowing investors to realize they are part of the ownership structure. While not possible in the 1940's, today technology can make this possible.

I'm attaching a recent paper I published on proxies. I'm very encouraged to see the commission looking to enhance this process.
