This is just another attempt by the government to stop freedom of speech. My relatives fought in all the wars for our freedom. You can't tell people they must be worth millions to buy private placements. You are taking away people's rights. This is why people stepped on land mines like my uncle james Willis sanders in world war 2 in germany for the United States of america.

The real crime on wall street are mutual funds. It's all a racket Etfs are the same thing with a tenth of the fees.
