To whom it may concern
The trading public has waited long enough for this pilot to begin. May 16th 2016 will be a full year since approval. Thats more then enough time for the exchanges to be ready. Enough is enough of the stalling.
We should have had this tick pilot program in progress already.
Let the SEC moves forward ASAP.
