Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

Dear members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

I am writing to urge the SEC to issue a rule requiring publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their political spending.

Both shareholders and the public must be fully informed as to how much the corporation spends on politics and which candidates are being promoted or attacked. Disclosures should be posted promptly on the SEC's web site.

Thank you for considering my comment.
the SEC id a regulartory body whose duties include protection of the public as well as shareholders. The SEC failed to control wall street and our wealth was stolen from us and our economy left in shambles. You have another chance to stand with the Citizens of this country and do the right thing, Force corporations to disclose where thier political donations go and how much!!! Make a decison for all the people this time!!! Help us!!!

Sincerely,

Brian De Grego
