Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

Dear members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

I am writing to urge the SEC to issue a rule requiring publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their political spending.

Both shareholders and the public must be fully informed as to how much the corporation spends on politics and which candidates are being promoted or attacked. Disclosures should be posted promptly on the SEC's web site.

Thank you for considering my comment.
'Follow the Money' is a WELL KNOWN DICTUM... TO know what's really going ON!!!. Transparency in Government Finances and Lobbyist-Groups' Activity is ESSENTIAL FOR Democracy to BE FAIR ... SOCIETY NEEDS A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD... Bribery is the results of Political-Financial Contributions by/from Wealthy Individuals and Companies.... 'YOU OWE ME' ... 'I/WE PUT YOU WHERE YOU ARE'... Hasn't the SEC seen any of the 'OLD WESTERN MOVIES' ...the small town under the Control of the Big-Moneied Rancher or Mine-owner... Is the Republican Party for the Republican-American-Way of Life.....Thanks. Mr. A.D. Grana.

Sincerely,

Anthony D.Grana
