Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

Dear members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

You all must understand better than the rest of us what the power of the misdirected Citizens United Supreme Court decision will do to our democracy. It is a travesty and behold!... we are seeing the effects already! PLEASE TAKE ACTION!

Corporate funding like this is esentially giving the rich and powerful more than one vote. Why should corporations be able to enhance the votes of their boards and shareholders by doubling down on candidates with corporate (and uncontrolled anonymous) money?

I am writing to urge the SEC to issue a rule requiring publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their political spending.

Both shareholders and the public must be fully informed as to how much the corporation spends on politics and which candidates are being promoted or attacked. Disclosures should be posted promptly on the SEC's web site.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

K DIXON
