Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

April 28, 2012

Dear members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

I am writing to urge the SEC to issue a rule requiring publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their political spending.

It is very clear that the anti-American corporations have fashioned a law (with the misnomer of Citizens United) via the Supreme Court that squashes the idea of honest elections. Instead of detailed, honest debates, we have presidential hopefuls actually telling lies about Obama and getting away with it. Just look at what they have produced thus far in their greed for a presidential puppet that will do their bidding. Ads that are on television that are outright lies, phony websites, interference in voting practices with machines that have no paper trail, and it goes from there.

It would be an heroic action for you, SEC, to at least rule that corporations must disclose their political spending. The best solution would be to wipe out the Citizen's United law, period.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

Judith Nappe
