The Securities and Exchange Commission

Dear Securities and Exchange Commission,

Personally, I think the Supreme Court decision that has allowed super PACs to 'launder' political donations is dead wrong and will be overturned in due course. For now, I accept that the best I can do it to prevent my earnings from becoming part of the mess.

Now, to my horror, I discover that, though my retirement investments, I may not have the ability to do even this!

Give me back my freedom to make informed decsions.

Both shareholders and the public must be fully informed as to how much a corporation spends on politics and which candidates are being promoted or attacked.

I urge the Securities and Exchange Commission to issue a rule requiring publicly-traded corporations to disclose all their political spending.

Sincerely,

John Berges
