Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

February 27, 2012

The decision by the Supreme Court in Jan. 2010 unleashed a monstrous amount of corporate cash into political activity. The Securities and Exchange Commission has the power to write a rule that requires publicly traded companies to disclose - publicly!! - their spending on political campaigns. That information should be easily available to the public, which would be possible on your SEC webside. It is only fair that the public, including shareholders, have access to this information!

Thank you for giving consideration to my comment.
