Dear Securities and Exchange Comm.,

Special interest money flooded the 2010 midterm elections, and is threatening to drown out the voices of voters. Wall Street, Big Oil and dozens of secretive new political groups formed to capitalize on the Citizens United decision poured hundreds of millions into our elections.

We cannot go into a presidential election season without reform.

I urge you to act now -- during the lame duck session -- to pass the DISCLOSE Act (S.3628) to provide more transparency about who is spending what to influence our elections. This bill has already passed in the House of Representatives, and is critical to our democracy.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Phillip Cripps
