Dear Secretary Securities and Exchange Commission,
corporations are buying the 2012 elections and they are hiding behind anonymity, trying to protect themselves from shareholders.
i personally want to know how the officers of companies are spending corporate funds and what their ultimate goals are.
before i buy into a company i have a need to know if they have a political agenda and what it is.
i feel we have a need for the SEC to issue a rule requiring full, public disclosure of corporate political spending.
