Dear members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:
Your job is to provide the people of the United States of America the notion that you, as a whole, are at least trying to the right thing. Please help us in trusting that you are at least pretending to do so. About the latest crises, I have heard from the Justice Department about many SEC cases are on the burners and that heads will roll once the cases are solid.....I think that we all know that is never going to happen. Throw us, The 99, a bone and let's see who is paying off who. Sorry, whom is paying off whom.
