Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

April 29, 2012

Dear members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

Money has corrupted our entire political process, causing officials to hew to the needs of their contributors, not their constituents.

The Citizens United decision, by allowing corporations to make unlimited contributions, has made this immensely worse.

I urge the SEC to take every measure possible to inhibit this process, including forcing the disclosure to stockholders and the public of the contributions they make. This is the least you can do to keep our precious democracy from denigrating into plutocracy and corportocracy..

Thanks for listening. I look forward to your prompt action on this issue.

Sincerely,

Jay Schleifer
