The Supreme Court ruling that allows publicly traded corporations to SECRETLY donate huge amounts of money to specific groups and politicians is highly unethical, disgusting and just plain bad business. This is a huge violation of the code of ethics.

Corporations must be barred from spending shareholder’s monies for the purpose of influencing or buying elections. As a shareholder of various stocks and someone who pays AT & T good money for my communication services, I think it is disgusting that my hard earned money is being used to promote an agenda which may be worlds apart from mine.

Until this bad Supreme Court ruling is overturned, please require that all publicly traded corporations PROMPTLY DISCLOSE to the PUBLIC and their SHAREHOLDERS on the SEC’s website, all of their political spending.

Thank you.
