As a stockholder I am asking that the SEC require all political donations be reported. The stocks I hold, both privately and those held by my retirement fund, entitle me to have that information. At no time was I consulted on how those funds would be used. My investments were meant to provide income in my senior years not engage in politics. To ensure complete disclosure all political contributions, by corporate entities, must be posted and available to everone.
The influence, exerted by large corporate donations, has corrupted our political process and is not a purpose to which I want my investments used.
