Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

We need an end to secret political spending by corporations.  The public, and the shareholders, have a right to know what points of view are being promoted by these "people." And we especially need to know when the push is negative towards a candidate or a position.

I strongly support the SEC issuing a rule, as soon as possible, that would require publicly traded corporations to  disclose all of their political spending.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

Mary Wallon
