Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

Political spending by corporations must be subject to full disclosure, and to serve the best interest of this company this must happen now without compromise.

WE look to the SEC to reaffirm the public trust by enacting a ruleto imimediately require publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their spending on political activities.

To safeguard our democracy, both shareholders and all citizens deserve to know how much a given corporation spends on politics (directly and through intermediaries), and which candidates and PACs are being promoted or attacked.

Thank you for considering this important mesage.

Sincerely,

Grace Solis
