Subject: File No. 4-637

February 2, 2013

Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

Please end secret political spending by corporations.

I strongly support SEC issuing a rule that publicly traded corporations must publicly disclose all their spending on political activities.

All Americans, whether shareholders or not need to know how much a given corporation spends on politics and for or against which candidates. This includes spending that is direct or through a second party.

Sincerely,

Anne Cassebaum
