Subject: File No. 4-637

May 11, 2015

Huge donations of untraceable money in our political system are bad for democracy. "One [person], one vote" means nothing if corporations are buying up the airwaves and the social media channels.

The SEC can and should protect investors by requiring disclosure of political contributions by publicly traded companies. These are the biggest companies out there and making the biggest donations, which America knows little or nothing about.

As shareholders, we have a right to know now much of our money is running the business and how much is to running attack ads on TV and the Internet.

So as laid out in file number 4-637, please place a rule on the unified agenda to require disclosure of political spending. A corporation is not a person!
