Subject: File No. 4-637

May 11, 2015

At the moment it is completely opaque where political mudslinging ads come from and who pays for them, even for shareholders of the companies that fund them.
Shareholders have a right to know how their money is being used.
It is a moral obligation for the SEC to place a rule on the unified agenda by the end of May 2015 that will require disclosure of political spending, as laid out in file number 4-637.
Otherwise it calls the fairness of our elections into questions.
