Subject: File No. 4-637

May 9, 2015

While politicians piously bemoan the constraints that the Supreme Court has placed on limiting campaign contributions, you actually have the power to DO SOMETHING SIGNIFICANT at least to make campaign contributions by publicly-traded corporations visible so that shareholders can decide whether they approve of them or not.  In fact, it's your duty to do so both in the interest of investors and in the public interest at large.

Please place a rule on the unified agenda by the end of May 2015 that will require disclosure of political spending, as laid out in file number 4-637.
