Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

As a stockholder, I am a partial owner of the corporation and its cash. I have a right to know how MY cash is being spent and for what purposes, including the specifics of any political expenditures. I cannot exercise my responsibilities as a voting stockholder if I do not have the necessary information upon which to exercise my responsibilities. Public corporations must disclose to their stockholders, the owners of the corporation, the details of any and all political expenditures so that the corporate owners can make educated voting decisions.
