SEC Comment file 4-637

Dear Comment file 4-637,

You need to learn about MSRs (Molten Salt Reactors)  They are a totally different than light-water nuclear reactors. They can't blow up because they don't use superheated water. They run at atmospheric temperature.
They can't melt down because they use a liquid salt solution instead of solid fuel rods. This old concept was proven at Oak Ridge National Labs in the1960s with the MSRE (Molten Salt Reactor Experiment).Clean safe electric power, cheaper than coal IS A BIG DEAL and exactly what the world need right now.

Also I am deeply concerned about the influence of corporate money on our electoral process.

I don't like the Supreme Court's ruling in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, publicly traded corporations can spend investor's money on political activity in secret.

I am writing to urge the Securities and Exchange Commission to issue a rule requiring publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their political spending.

Both shareholders and the public must be fully informed as to how much the corporation spends on politics and which candidates are being promoted or attacked. Disclosures should be posted promptly on the SEC's web site.

Thank you for considering my commentS !!

Sincerely,

Rudy Stefenel
